Can you imagine going out to complete a task without taking the essentials you believe you'll need? Think about it. I live in a city where plastic bags cost 5c at the supermarket. As a result, I have reusable shopping bags in my car, ever ready to haul groceries and other things from the car to the kitchen. I never leave home without them.
So why would Jesus instruct His disciples to go evangelize without the necessities as he did in Luke 9:3 - He told them: “Take nothing for the journey—no staff, no bag, no bread, no money, no extra shirt.
How were they to survive walking from town to town? How would they eat? Where would they sleep?
Jesus knew they would be fine because when God's servants go where He sends, they can rely upon Him for everything. There is nothing they will need that He won't provide.
If God provided you with a divine business idea, remember that God will meet all needs. Don't be afraid to take that next step in faith. He will open the necessary doors. This does not mean there won't be difficulties. The reason such are possible is because the devil will try all it can to dissuade you from doing as God instructed. It wants you to give up in the face of opposition and walk away from that business idea. A divine idea that God wants to use to set you and yours free.
However, if you trust the Lord to send His angels to lift you so your feet hit no stones, then you will successfully navigate the challenges that rise against your business and yourself.
And just like the disciples Jesus sent out without the conveniences they thought they needed, you too will experience victory in your business.
So, don't give up on that business idea you received from the Lord. Don't think the conditions have to be perfect before you start moving. Trust Him to make it work even though everything about it doesn't make much sense at the moment. Walk in faith as the disciples did and you will praise God just as they did at the miracles He'll unleash.
Philippians 4:19 - And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus.
God bless you.
