Have you ever experienced the God of Suddenly? Think back to a time when you were in a bind, then you prayed and suddenly, everything was different. The situation turned around and you went from frowning to smiling from ear to ear. That's what happens when we encounter the God of Suddenly. He is an expert in instantly changing a situation so that you experience a 180-degree transformation.
He did that for the Israelites in Egypt. One day, they were slaves and the next, the Egyptians were showering them with gifts of gold, silver, and clothing (Exodus 12:35-36).
He did that with Joseph. One day he was a prisoner and the next, he was running the kingdom of Egypt for Pharaoh.
He did that for Esther. One day her people were on the verge of extinction then the next, they were safe and the one who'd wanted them dead perished instead.
God is in the business of doing things suddenly. He has promised that suddenly your enemies will be no more. They will simply vanish. You will look for them but will not find them (Isaiah 41:12). His word states in Isaiah 29:5-8 - But your many enemies will become like fine dust, the ruthless hordes like blown chaff. Suddenly, in an instant, the LORD Almighty will come with thunder and earthquake and great noise, with windstorm and tempest and flames of a devouring fire. He has vowed to show up suddenly for His own.
Hannah was known as a barren woman before becoming the mother of many children. The Lord has promised that as He did it for her, He will suddenly erase the season of barrenness from your life.
He's the God who is committed to taking you from the wilderness into the land of milk and honey. And He'll do it suddenly so that you will be like those who thought they were dreaming when He restored the glory of Jerusalem (Psalm 126:1).
The individuals above have one thing in common - they each honored God. He can't resist showing up suddenly for those who do the same. If you obey His commands, submit to His will, study His word, and live for Him (albeit imperfectly), then He wants to do the suddenly for you. And if you haven't lived for the Lord and don't even know if He really exists, you are also the sort of person He desires to give a suddenly-moment to. That is if you are interested.
What are you going through that needs the God of Suddenly to show up? Prayerfully ask Him to make an appearance. Now, beware! God decides when and for whom He will do the suddenly for. All we get to do is ask in faith, but we cannot force Him to move. That said, He reserves His best for His children and will not move for the wicked (John 9:31). Nor will He honor detestable prayers. If you are seeking a suddenly-moment that will not serve His purpose or glorify Him, He reserves the right to not move for you.
I say these things to set expectations based on God's word. Sometimes people are surprised that their prayers aren't answered but they fail to realize that just as they have expectations of God, He has expectations of them. And when those expectations are not met, delayed answers can be the result. So please use this opportunity to get right with God and become rooted in Christ. Acknowledge Him and submit. Repent of your sins. Forgive those who have hurt or offended you. Turn from your wicked ways of New Age 'Spirituality', yoga, occult, lying, pettiness, revenge, and those things that don't please Him to experience His suddenly. God wants to help you leave these and other sins in the past. Let Him.
My prayer is that you shall encounter the God of Suddenly and that He will do exceedingly and abundantly more than you asked for or imagined. I pray my God of miracles will show up big for you all, IJMN Amen.

Ask God to enter into the ring on another issue you face. Call on the God of Suddenly to show up miraculously for you.
Then, when done, pray for someone else to enjoy this same privilege.
Next, give God a dance and rejoice in the Lord.
LAST TEN MINUTES
We have scattered the place with our worship today and now, we need to pray for ourselves and others. Our prayer point is simple - God of suddenly, show up!
First, repent for your sins and ask for His forgiveness.
Second, remind the Lord of His promise in Joel 2:32 that all who call upon Him will be delivered.
Third, ask Him to deliver you from whatever is causing you to fear, to doubt, to worry. Pray that He will show up suddenly and remove every obstacle to your peace and quiet.
Fourth, give Him thanks for hearing your prayer.
Fifth, repeat these steps for someone you know.
Simple!
God of Suddenly, move suddenly for us, IJMN, Amen.
Thank You Father for silencing the accuser of my soul. Thank You for never listening to satans lies against me. Thank You for speaking to me with love and affection when satan screams with deceptive words.
Thank You for never leaving Your own to the schemes of their enemies. Thank You for honoring Your word that every gallows built by Haman shall be his resting place.

One of my favorite messages was The box of fear. It really speaks to me and encourages me to submit every area of my life to God for my own good. Besides, when you actually open up the box of fear, you'll see that the "issue" wasn't so much of an issue after all. Thank God for His encouragement.

From JIR - I really enjoyed the lessons on not breaking faith with God. The examples of Moses and Aaron to the examples of Daniel and his friends and Ezra really resonated with me and showed me how to honor, respect and revere God. Never diminish His power and might especially to the ungodly. These lessons were eye opening and make me fear breaking faith with God. Thanks for today’s message sis @FFJ. God is so amazing! The God of Suddenly is a Miracle Worker and Way Maker. He completely changed all those that you mentioned in the Bible for His glory. It is quite remarkable. His greatness knows no bounds. Without Him we would not know what a land of milk and honey looks like. Yes, some have the temporal feeling of a land of milk and honey which is short lived; but with God in the midst it is different. You have spiritual bliss, peace and serenity and an abundance of blessings that are good because God is good. God never changes and it feels good to know that the God of Suddenly is still the same today and ready to change our lives for good as He has done for many. What a mighty God we serve. IJMN. Amen.

Think of the days you were too sad and wondered why you should come to fellowship.
Now, thank God for your victory. Thank God for making a way. Put on the garment of praise and chuck that spirit of despair to the side.
ALTAR CALL
Do you know Jesus wants a relationship with you? That He wants a friendship with you?
Christ died for His friends but also for His enemies on the cross. He allowed Himself to be a sacrifice for all of humanity and for all time.
He did this because we human beings are sinners and our sin creates a barrier in our ability to step into God's presence. God cannot abide iniquity because He is holy and so as human beings sin and sin and sin, the distance between themselves and the Lord grows larger.
But not if you become a friend of Christ. Those who choose to become His friend receive a deposit of God's Holy Spirit who helps them become more like Christ from day to day. And the more like Christ a person becomes - even if by only a little smidge - the more pleased God is and the more the distance between themself and God lessens. Christ died to make this possible. He died to ensure every human being could be redeemed, washed clean to enter God's presence.
Christ loves His friends. He will and does do almost anything for them. He is seated at the right hand of God, right now, petitioning the Lord on behalf of His friends.
I pray that you understand the need to become a friend of Jesus Christ. The benefits are huge! Just as He prayed for His disciples then, He prays for His disciples now. Just as He helped His friend Peter by healing His mother-in-law, He helps His friends with the problems they face today. He taught His friends, the disciples, everything He learned from the Lord and He's still doing that.
Are you wondering whether the benefits of being His friend won't cost too much? You don't want to give up the shows, the websites, the music, the way you speak, etc. However, have you considered the consequences of not choosing Him?
Or, maybe you think this message doesn't apply to you because you were born a Christian. You regularly go to church. You don't lie or steal and believe you are a good person.
It is wonderful to be good, but the true reward is in being a godly person who walks in the fear and obedience of the Lord. In John 14:6, Jesus said nobody can come to God except through Him, so please take this opportunity to gain access to God and His heavenly kingdom by saying the prayer below with me (and only if you mean it):
Lord Jesus I am a sinner. I confess my sins right now to you. And I believe that you are the son of God. I believe that you came, you died, you rose again, and you paid the price for my sins. Today, I accept the new life, today I accept the Holy Spirit. Come dwell in me, make Your home in me. I will never be the same again. In Jesus's name, Amen.

Please make prayer a regular part of your life. It is simply you talking to the Lord. Also, please start reading the Bible and ask God to make it come alive for you. It holds all the answers you need. You can start by reading the Epistle of John, the Book of Acts, and the Book of Romans. Get water baptized as quickly as you can and ask God to lead you to a church of His choosing.
