GOD Loves You - Tuesday Praise & Pray (for others) March 30, 2021

There's nothing like knowing you're loved. Especially when that love is unconditional. You never did anything to earn it and yet, that love surrounds you.

There's absolutely nothing like knowing you're loved by the Creator of the Universe. He who formed you. Who covers you with love.

Don't believe He loves you? Take a look at the following verse and understand the intense feelings He has for you. Isaiah 43:4 - Since you are precious and honored in my sight, and because I love you, I will give people in exchange for you, nations in exchange for your life.

When God looks at you, He sees His precious child. When God looks at you, He sees a person made in His image who is worthy of honor. When God looks at you, He looks at someone He loves. He loved you so much He sent His only begotten Son to bear the consequences for all the sins you could ever commit. That way, you had the chance to walk away scot-free of your errors.

Almost anything can cause us to forget the deep love God has for us. We listen to people tell us we aren't good enough. The media insists we aren't smart or savvy enough. Those dangerous thoughts in our heads make us question our worth and importance.

But, we belong to the God Most High. A God whose love for us is so strong He wants us to be just like Him. He wants us to be conquerors, free of fear, filled with the knowledge that like our Father we can accomplish anything.

Can you ignore the realities of your past to believe this? Can you ignore the evil seeds planted to make you doubt? Can you turn your face to Him instead and believe that the God of gods loves you so much and considers you the apple of His eye?

He wants you to know - Isaiah 43:2 - When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze.

He's your ride or die. He's not going to let go of you and if you just hold onto Him, He will carry you through a highway created by waters that part for you. He will turn the entire universe upside down just to make sure you're happy. And, He'll do it over and over again.

There's nothing trivial about you. You were fearfully and wonderfully made. Don't let satan make you think different because the only opinion that matters is that of Him who loves you.

I hope you'll join us at 12 Noon EST to acknowledge the love our Mighty God has for us. We'll do so by praising Him abundantly for who He is. Then, we'll pray for others, honoring the "golden rule" to do for others as we would want them to do for us (Matthew 7:12). After that, we'll do whatever the Holy Spirit leads us to do. And once the hour's done, we would have pleased the God who loves us no matter what. The Lord who overlooks our offenses just as He expects us to do for others. The lover of our souls will be exalted and we'll feel better for having shown Him a fraction of the love and honor He shows us constantly.
