Review Your Year With Gratitude - Tuesday Praise & Pray (for others) November 17, 2020

As the year comes to an end, it is normal for many of us to create new year's resolutions.

Have you started? You're at least thinking about it right?

Well, before you get to writing that list, how about you take some time to review your 2020? I don't mean looking at it from the outside - in terms of the things that happened to you. I mean, think about the things you did or didn't do from a spiritual perspective. What were your highlights? Low-lights? Can you point to periods you're proud of? Instances when the Lord's mighty right hand was stretched out over your life or that of those you actively pray for?

Getting that introspective isn't easy. Personally, my 2020 has a lot of cringe moments I'd rather forget but I need to face them so that I walk stronger with God for the rest of the year and in 2021.

Let's use the next few weeks to self-analyze and as we do so, keep in mind Romans 1:21 - For although they knew God, they neither glorified him as God nor gave thanks to him, but their thinking became futile and their foolish hearts were darkened.

Let us not make the mistake Apostle Paul warned of here. Let us be sure to revere the Lord, simply because of who He is, as well as thank Him for His blessings so that our self review and aspirations for the future don't become a waste.

I pray you will start this journey with me today during Praise and Pray at Noon EST. We shall glorify the Lord together before covering others in prayer. Please come armed with worship music to share and a humble heart that wants to make God happy. He will surely fill your life with blessings and keep every promise He has made to you in Jesus name, Amen.

See ya!
